It appears the Democrat Herold/Gazette Times decided to give away mini papers titled "This Week" chock full of ads to Corvallis residents - even those that have not asked for it. Residents now wake up to a paper on their lawn complete with one or two plastic bags. Never fear, your paper is recyclable. Of course, that requires that you drive your papers to a recycling area or have waste removal services. If you do not remove the paper and allow them to accumulate at some point you may get in trouble with the city for garbage in your yard. Apparently, the city paper's choice to spam people with physical papers is OK.
